Job summary

AnthroMed Education in Novi, Michigan is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support upper elementary students for the 2026-2027 school year. You will work alongside another SLP in the building to provide direct and consultative services.

The role includes evaluating students, developing IEPs, collaborating with teachers and families, and maintaining comprehensive documentation with a dedicated therapy office in each building.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in progress).
• Active or eligible Michigan licensure (LARA).
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support students’ communication skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Education
