Upper Blackstone is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual to support the efficient operation of the purchasing and inventory of our facility. In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies essential to maintaining reliable water treatment services for our community.
The Materials Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the planning, purchasing, inventory control, and flow of materials required to support a municipal wastewater treatment facility. This role focuses on materials availability, process coordination, compliance, and seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. An individual in this role should have excellent communication skills, be an analytical thinker, and demonstrate a good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
