Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a skilled Upholsterer to apply padding and fabric to furniture frames on our production line. You will use hand and power tools to secure coverings and ensure a smooth fit on each frame.

You will read production tickets, line, spot match, and tuft fabrics, and follow all safety policies while maintaining quality standards. Prior upholstery experience is a plus; physical stamina is important for standing and lifting during shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Upholstery experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow production tickets.

Responsibilities

• Apply padding and upholstery fabric to a wood frame on the production line.
• Build pieces so covers are smooth and fit the frame properly.
• Read and follow production tickets.
• Line, spot match, 4-way line and tuft as required.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
