Job summary

Fernweh Woodworking seeks a versatile, full-time upholsterer/administrator to join a small, collaborative team in Bend, Oregon. This role blends upholstery tasks with admin and shipping coordination; one week may focus on upholstery, the next on swatch kit logistics, quotes, and RFQs, including bridle leather work.

Qualifications

• Experience requirements: At least 1 year of upholstery experience or trade school coursework in upholstery.
• Must be organized and able to manage task lists; ability to send professional emails and manage documents/PDFs.
• A can-do attitude and staying organized are essential.
• Optional but valued: weaving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform upholstery tasks in fabric and leather.
• Assemble swatch kits for interior designers and coordinate shipments.
