Bass Pro Shops in Clinton, MO, is seeking an Upholstery Assembler to apply vinyl covers to production and warranty furniture components and secure them in place. You will use air-powered staple guns and a variety of hand tools to stretch, pull, and shape covers while inspecting for quality.

Responsibilities

• Install vinyl covers on furniture parts using stretching, pulling and shaping techniques.
• Staple the covers to furniture parts using air powered stapling equipment.
• Inspect finished product for quality after completion.
• Keep own area clean, safe and hazard free.
• Perform trimming, hinge installation and foam gluing as part of assembly.
• Identify a piece of foam by its shape and collect foam pieces in bundles.
• Operate and maintain assembly machines such as snap, hydem embossing, heat transfer and screen printing.
• Collaborate with team and perform other tasks as assigned.

## Upholstery Assembler - LidsApply: Clinton, MO (White River Marine Plant): Full time: Posted Yesterday: End Date: October 9, 2026 (16 days left to apply): R268161**General:**This position is responsible for putting the vinyl covers on the production and warranty furniture components and securing them in place.**Tools and Equipment:**Air powered staple guns and other hand tools such as: scissors, side cutters and staple pullers, screw guns, hammers, pliers, snap machine, hydem machine, embosser, heat transfer machine, tape gun, screen printing, glue gun, nut drivers, wrenches, trim knives, screw driver, drills, grinders, rivet guns. Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields.**Duties:**1. Install vinyl covers on furniture parts using various stretching, pulling and shaping techniques2. Staple the covers to the furniture parts by using air powered stapling equipment3. Upon completion of work, inspect finished product for quality4. Keep own area clean, safe, and hazard free5. Perform various manual assembly operations such as: trimming, hinge installation, and foam gluing6. Be able to identify a piece of foam by its shape7. Collect foam pieces in bundles8. Operate and perform daily cleaning and maintenance on various assembly machines such as: snap, hydem embossing, heat transfer and screen printing9.
