Getinge is seeking an Upgrade Specialist to support lifecycle tasks for Life Science equipment upgrades across the Midwest US. You will evaluate equipment, design upgrades, generate lists, and lead installation with customer training.
Candidates should have an associates degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, 3+ years in field service, and working knowledge of Getinge systems. This role involves field work and travel, with a base pay range and incentives.

Provide product lifecycle support through the application of exceptional technical expertise during the design and execution of upgrade projects related to Life Science equipment. The job function includes, but is not limited to, equipment evaluation, upgrade design, generating component lists, implementation, equipment testing, customer training, and generating preliminary documentation.
Starting base pay of $38.00 to $48.00 + EIP - This role is eligible for participation in our Excellence Incentive Plan (EIP), an annual incentive program that rewards performance against financial and operational goals.
