UNTUCKit Washington Square is seeking a dynamic Keyholder to join our team. This part‑time role focuses on driving sales, delivering personalized styling, and coaching teammates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will open/close the store, support visual presentation, monitor KPIs, and help create a positive, high‑performing store culture while working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership or keyholder experience.
• Strong sales results and ability to coach others.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and building relationships with customers.
• Comfortable using POS technology, Apple devices and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

UNTUCKit is looking for an energetic, results‑driven Keyholder to join our Washington Square team! We’re seeking a passionate retail leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves connecting with customers, and knows how to inspire a team to achieve exceptional results. As a Keyholder, you’ll help drive sales, create memorable shopping experiences, coach associates, and support daily store operations. You’ll play an important role in building a positive, high‑performing store culture.

What You’ll Do

Drive Sales & Build Customer Relationships

• Lead by example to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Deliver personalized styling and exceptional customer service.
• Build lasting customer relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through product recommendations and outfit building.
• Use product knowledge to inspire confidence and drive conversions.

Lead & Inspire the Team

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Provide real‑time coaching and feedback to strengthen selling skills.
• Foster an energetic, collaborative, and results‑focused environment.
• Support UNTUCKit University training and ongoing team development.
• Demonstrate company values through positive leadership.

Support Store Operations

• Open and close the store while maintaining company standards.
• Support visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Maintain an organized, efficient stockroom.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
• Help ensure a seamless shopping experience through strong operational execution.
