Job Description

YOUR ROLE

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for generating sales by providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. They act as the face and voice of the company, build brand recognition, and promote products through meaningful engagement to increase brand awareness and sales. The Brand Ambassador is expected to role model Unsubscribed values and Customer First behaviors to create a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve sales goals.
• Use company tools and technology to provide product knowledge, enhance engagement, and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest key looks and incorporate trends based on individual customer styles.
• Promote brand awareness by introducing customers to additional channels.
• Perform sales transactions quickly and accurately, following cash control procedures.
• Ensure merchandise is restocked correctly and damaged items are properly labeled.
• Maintain brand standards and store cleanliness to ensure a safe and presentable environment.
• Handle merchandise efficiently from shipment to replenishment while maintaining SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns proactively, partnering with store leadership as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
