YOUR ROLE

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for generating sales by providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. They act as the face and voice of the company, build brand recognition, promote products, and engage customers to increase brand awareness and sales. The Brand Ambassador models Unsubscribed values and Customer First behaviors to create a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive experience and meet sales goals.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge, enhancing engagement and sales.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest key looks and incorporate trends based on individual style.
• Promote the brand by introducing customers to additional channels.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Restock merchandise and manage damaged items properly.
• Maintain brand standards and store cleanliness.
• Handle merchandise from shipment to replenishment following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns proactively, collaborating with store leadership.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to work well in a team and accept feedback.
• Able to stand and move for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
