Job Description

We are seeking an Experienced Bodily Injury Telephone Adjuster. The ideal candidate will have experience handling non-attorney represented bodily injury claims and should be located in the Pacific Time Zone in CA, AZ, NV, OR, or WA.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle investigations of bodily injury claims, including coverage, damages, subrogation, and litigation, exercising discretion and independence within authority.
  2. Apply an intermediate understanding of company insurance policies, industry standards, and organizational relationships.
  3. Assess subrogation or fraud potential and determine appropriate actions.
  4. Identify customer needs and utilize effective customer service skills.
  5. Recognize vehicle body parts and understand potential property damage.
  6. Collaborate with teams on fraud or subrogation cases to achieve optimal outcomes.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not include supervisory duties.

Preferred Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of related experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Ability to obtain and maintain necessary adjuster licenses.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $47,500 to $99,190, depending on experience and other factors. Additional benefits and compensation components are included as part of our Total Rewards package.
