Job summary

Costa Solutions, LLC is seeking a warehouse worker to support inbound, outbound and tracking activities in a fast-paced facility in Georgia. You will unload shipments using pallet jacks or forklifts, inspect for accuracy and damage, and stage materials for production while maintaining a neat, safe work area.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior warehouse experience, and the ability to learn warehousing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehousing practices or the ability to learn processes.
• Certification required if operating powered equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments from trucks, or containers using pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand tools.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, and PO compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Sort and stage materials in designated warehouse or production areas according to inventory and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized unloading area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production personnel to coordinate material flow and support timely production schedules.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with inventory counts and documentation as needed to support accurate record-keeping.

Education

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Basic physical fitness to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Must be physically capable of constantly lifting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

This position works in a warehouse setting with various temperatures. Warehouse temperatures vary from freezer, refrigerator, climate control to no climate control warehouses as well as some outdoor exposure. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibrations, two-way forklift flow and loud noise.
