Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and operate multiple bus types in varying traffic and weather.
• Must be able to obtain Texas class B CDL with passenger and air brakes endorsements within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Drives transit routes as scheduled and adheres to university and transit policies.
• Fuel assigned vehicles for return to Transit as required.
• Assist managers in training new drivers and provide feedback.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report hazards.
• Record hours and manage department communications.
• Maintain and clean equipment during shifts.
