Bechtel is seeking a University Relations Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire early-career talent across Bechtel's global lines. You will manage interns, graduates, and entry-level hires, advising partners and building university relationships to strengthen talent pipelines and Bechtel's employer brand.

The role requires data-driven recruiting, project management skills, and domestic travel to universities, career fairs, and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 6–9 years of relevant experience if no degree.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically.
• Must have right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute university recruiting strategies for internship and entry-level hires.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Consult with hiring managers and HR to identify talent needs and market insights.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through partnerships, campus events, and referrals.
• Plan and run career fairs, information sessions, and conferences; represent Bechtel at events.
