Jabil in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a University Recruiter to drive campus and early‑career recruiting strategies. You will manage full‑cycle recruiting for interns, co‑ops and entry‑level roles, coordinating sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.

You will build strong relationships with career centers and student organizations while partnering with hiring managers to align role requirements and provide regular updates. Travel to campuses and events across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience with university/early-career or high-volume hiring
• Experience using ATS, CRM tools, and recruiting analytics
