Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a University Partnership and Program Manager to lead university programs across the Americas. This hybrid role will coordinate campus events, volunteer engagement, and graduate onboarding while partnering with HR to strengthen the early career talent pipeline.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment and develop strategic university relationships, supporting a diverse candidate pool and global programs. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 4+ years in program management, events, university programs, talent programs, or related field.
• Experience planning, coordinating and executing large-scale programs, events, or initiatives.
• Experience in university recruitment is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support US end-to-end recruitment throughout the lifecycle, from requisition creation to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic universities and organizations to enhance the talent pipeline.
• Coordinate and supervise university talent pipeline from sourcing to offer to ensure a diverse and high-quality candidate pool.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events to showcase HPE’s employer brand.
• Manage volunteers and attendees during events, ensuring a positive experience for all.
• Manage the Campus Teams Program and Graduate Onboarding, including training and budget management.
• Provide support for Global Campus Teams Program and Onboarding globally.
• Collaborate with University Center of Excellence, stakeholders, and HR to meet recruitment goals.
