Job summary

StarRez Inc. and College Pads seek an University Operations Coordinator to onboard new university partners to the College Pads platform and roll out features for existing collaborations.

You will work with Partnerships, Development, and Product & Tech teams to ensure smooth implementations and long‑term success. This remote US role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal travel.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, implementation, customer success, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with university partners.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Monday.com) and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full onboarding process for new university partners, ensuring an efficient and successful platform launch.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for university stakeholders (housing, IT, and legal) throughout onboarding.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with College Pads and StarRez teams to facilitate smooth platform implementations.
  • Work with university partners to roll out new features, tools, and enhancements post-launch.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep implementations on track.
  • Set up demo environments for prospective university partners to showcase platform capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the implementation process and enhance partner satisfaction.

The Role
As a University Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in onboarding new university partners onto the College Pads platform and supporting existing partnerships by rolling out new features and tools over time. You’ll collaborate closely with College Pads' Partnerships team, our Development team, and StarRez's Product & Tech teams to deliver a seamless implementation experience and ensure long‑term success for our university partners.

This role is a great fit if you bring strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. While this isn’t a sales role, you’ll work directly with university stakeholders to support successful platform launches and ongoing optimization.

Role Specifics
Work Location: Remote, US
Travel: Less than 5% (The percentage of travel is an estimation, and it could vary up or down based on business needs throughout the year.)
Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Operations Manager, College Pads.

What You Will Own

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, higher education, or student housing is a plus
  • Previous experience in higher education, student housing, or technology implementation
  • Familiarity with the needs and challenges of university administrators and students in the housing search process
