Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in budgeting, revenue tracking and account reconciliation.
• Experience creating reports for leadership use to support forecasting.
• Experience leading teams or projects in a professional setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.
• Ability to learn new financial systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs monthly revenue reconciliations and maintains audit documentation.
• Generates manual invoices for external groups and tracks payments.
• Coordinates billing and postings in the university financial system to ensure accuracy.
• Supports revenue forecasting and budgeting for HRL operations.
• Develops reports and dashboards to monitor occupancy and revenue trends.
