University of Southern California
This highly visible, University-wide role helps faculty and staff across every USC school and department achieve the dream of homeownership—often for the first time—while advancing one of the University’s most important recruitment and retention programs. As the central point of contact for USC’s Faculty & Staff Housing Assistance and Neighborhood Homeownership programs, the position guides applicants through every stage of the financing process, translating complex financial, legal, and real estate requirements into a clear and supportive experience. The role builds strong partnerships with borrowers, real estate agents, banks, escrow officers, and University leadership; evaluates applications, financing options, legal documents, and program risks; and oversees accounting, payment collection, budgeting, and reporting.
