As the central point of contact for USC’s Faculty & Staff Housing Assistance and Neighborhood Homeownership programs, the position guides applicants through every stage of the financing process, translating complex financial, legal, and real estate requirements into a clear and supportive experience. The role builds strong partnerships with borrowers, real estate agents, banks, escrow officers, and University leadership; evaluates applications, financing options, legal documents, and program risks; and oversees accounting, payment collection, budgeting, and reporting. By monitoring the Los Angeles housing market and recommending program improvements, this position helps keep USC’s housing benefits responsive and competitive. The role also supports the University’s broader real estate portfolio by conducting due diligence for property gifts and acquisitions, reviewing title reports, and resolving potential title issues.

Required Qualifications
