Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator.
• Stores foods in designated areas following safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Uses approved food recipes and production standards for quality control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints.
• Relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Performs sales transactions and enters sales into the cash register.
• Issues receipts to customers and follows procedures for cash refunds.
• Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts.
• Replenishes condiments and supplies maintaining cleanliness.
