Kennesaw State University is seeking a project manager to oversee renovation design and construction projects as the university’s representative. You will develop budget estimates, schedules, and scopes to facilitate project decision‑making and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with campus stakeholders and external consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with design standards, state regulations, and building codes, and visiting sites to verify progress and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• Five (5) years of related experience.
• Current, valid and unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee renovation design and construction projects as the university representative.
• Develop budget estimates, schedules, and scopes to facilitate project decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with campus design standards, state regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with University stakeholders and external consultants and contractors.
• Drive project oversight for small to medium design and construction efforts.
• Coordinate with Fire Marshal on project reviews and inspections.
