University - Civil Policy Analyst

The Opportunity:

Civil Policy Analysts contribute to meaningful work that enables the federal government to provide services to the American people, supporting work with Civil Sector clients in missions ranging from life sciences and public health, climate, energy, transportation, and more. You will work closely with Booz Allen teams to support government clients in implementing, monitoring, and evaluating government programs, logically frame and analyze client challenges, and apply evidence-based reasoning to recommend impactful solutions. You will leverage quantitative and qualitative skills in policy analysis, data analytics, process improvement, and project management to help tackle some of the federal government’s most complex problems. You Have:
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Experience analyzing policy problems for federal government agencies
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis, including environmental scans, literature reviews, statistical analyses, risk assessments, or policy research
  • Experience in policy analysis, program evaluation, or compliance and regulation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
