Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, Public Administration or related field with six years of experience, including three years in management.
Seven years in higher education student financial services, bursar operations, or related financial operations.
Five years of leadership managing staff, budgets, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for student financial services across all campuses.
Oversee student billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and cashiering.
Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls for revenue collection.
Lead system implementations and modernizations of enterprise information systems.
