Job Summary

The Universal Teller I position is responsible for conducting and processing various customer bank transactions while delivering the "IBC Experience." This includes providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service, adhering to bank policies, maintaining a balanced cash drawer, and building customer relationships to identify banking needs.

Essential Job Functions

• Process paying and receiving teller transactions
• Deliver the IBC Experience with prompt, efficient, and friendly service
• Balance and maintain cash drawer and perform end-of-day procedures
• Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
• Achieve sales performance goals and participate in referral programs
• Participate in product and service initiatives for bank growth
• Attend company meetings
• Process foreign currency transactions
• Follow procedures to minimize errors and losses
• Assist with resolving customer transaction issues
• Answer banking inquiries
• Operate and maintain teller equipment
• Assist with branch procedures, including opening and closing
• Provide on-the-job training for staff
• Be flexible to report to work and assist other branches as needed
• Perform sales duties
• Perform other duties as assigned
