The Universal Teller I position is responsible for conducting and processing various customer bank transactions while delivering the "IBC Experience." This includes providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service while adhering to bank policies. Tellers must maintain a balanced cash drawer and build customer relationships to identify products and services fitting the customer's banking needs.
