Job summary

MCCU is seeking a Universal Representative to deliver comprehensive financial services to members, including processing transactions, assisting with loans, opening & maintaining accounts, and promoting credit union products.

You will balance service excellence with operational accuracy and sales goals while building strong member relationships and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems.
