Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of face-to-face customer service experience, preferably in a banking or retail environment with cash handling experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance a plus.
• NMLS license (preferred) and knowledge of banking regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for walk-in customers, delivering sales, service and referrals for a seamless customer experience.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Educate customers on banking products and services and cross-sell to meet financial goals.
• Cross-sell bank products and provide personalized solutions based on customers' financial situations.
