Job Description

Provide timely and efficient client transactions, maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. Deliver high-quality service by understanding clients' financial needs. Support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver a distinctive client experience through courteous interactions, conducting transactions, and uncovering needs. Handle complex transactions with assistance as needed.
  • Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions like ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
  • Support sales by participating in client outreach, identifying needs, and referring clients to appropriate team members.
  • Understand and support the IRM process to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Participate in leadership routines and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies, staying updated on policy changes.
  • Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, managing workload based on branch demands.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
  • Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with PC and branch automation software.
  • Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel for staffing needs, including temporary or locale changes.
  • Willingness to work weekends and extended hours, with occasional travel and overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of client relationship or sales experience.
  • Knowledge of complex branch transactions, risk management, and loss prevention.
  • Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
  • Understanding of bank operations, policies, and procedures.
