Job Description

Provide timely and efficient client transaction processing while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. Deliver high-quality service, understanding clients' financial needs. Support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Offer a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations, conducting transactions, and uncovering client needs.
  2. Educate clients on digital banking solutions such as ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
  3. Support sales by participating in client outreach, checking for offers, and referring clients to the appropriate team members.
  4. Understand and support the IRM process to deliver tailored solutions.
  5. Participate in leadership routines and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  6. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
  7. Assist with new account openings and problem resolution, handling work proportionate to branch demands.
Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of teller or client service experience
  • Six months of relationship-building or sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with PC and software applications
  • Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours, including weekends and travel as needed

Preferred:

  • One year of client relationship or sales experience
  • Knowledge of complex transactions, risk management, and prospecting
  • Understanding of bank operations and policies
