Job description

Please review the following job description:

Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service, understanding clients' financial needs. Support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a distinctive client experience, engaging clients with courtesy, conducting transactions, and uncovering needs.
  2. Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
  3. Support sales by participating in outreach, checking for offers, and referring clients to appropriate team members.
  4. Understand and support IRM processes.
  5. Participate in leadership routines and training to enhance service quality.
  6. Adhere to policies, procedures, and risk management guidelines.
  7. Assist with new account openings and problem resolution, handling a workload based on branch demands.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of teller or client service experience
  • Six months of client relationship or sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC and software applications
  • Ability to multi-task and travel as needed

Preferred:

  • One year of client relationship or sales experience
  • Knowledge of complex transactions and risk management
  • Experience in sourcing and prospecting clients
  • Understanding of bank operations and policies
