Job Description

Provide timely and efficient client transaction processing, maintain accurate records, and handle all monies properly. Deliver superior service, understand client financial needs, and support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and supporting IRM activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transaction handling.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions.
• Support sales through outbound calls and client needs assessment.
• Understand and support IRM strategies.
• Participate in leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to policies and risk management procedures.
• Assist with new account openings and problem resolution.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or client service experience
• Six months of relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task, travel, and work extended hours including weekends

Preferred

• One year of relationship building or sales experience
• Knowledge of complex transactions and risk management
• Experience sourcing new clients
• Understanding of bank operations
