Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide a distinctive client experience, engaging clients with courteous conversation, conducting transactions, and uncovering needs.
2. Educate clients on digital banking solutions such as ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
3. Support sales processes through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities.
4. Understand and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver tailored solutions.
5. Participate in leadership routines and training to enhance knowledge and service quality.
6. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
7. Assist with new account openings and resolve client issues, handling a workload proportional to branch demands.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or cash handling experience
• Six months of client relationship or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and branch automation
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed
• Availability to work weekends and extended hours

Preferred

• One year of client relationship or sales experience
• Knowledge of complex branch transactions, risk management, and client sourcing
• Understanding of bank operations and policies
