Open Bank is seeking a Universal Banker II at its Wilshire Branch in Los Angeles to handle client transactions with accuracy and speed while delivering outstanding service. The role emphasizes cross-selling bank products, generating referrals, and maintaining branch operations with a customer-first approach.

The Universal Banker II will be trained across account opening processes, customer interactions, and sales support to meet branch goals and service standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years of experience as an operation specialist in bank operation.
• Retail sales and service experience, including cash handling, a plus.
• Working knowledge of computers, related business programs and online banking systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provides exceptional service in handling clients in person or on the telephone.
• Maintains a cash drawer, balances, and audits the cash drawer according to policy and schedule.
• Opens, closes, and renews all types of savings, certificate of deposit and checks products quickly and accurately.
• Processes Reject, Overdraft (OD), Non-Post, Stop and HOLD items.
• Review & perform callback on various reports and items.
• Communicates with customers and mails out notices for NSF, OD, and Return Items.
• Research deposit accounts such as Account Statement Printing & Image Printing.
• Scan New Account Documents for review and callback.
• Processes Outgoing wire and keyboard item input and complete next day review.
• Assist with Safe Deposit Box access to clients as well as assist in opening new deposit boxes.
• Process Mail and Courier deposit, Messenger Service Deposit, Mobile & Remote Deposit, review, and submit.

Job Title: Universal Banker II

We are looking for a Universal Banker II to join our Wilshire Branch team at Open Bank! The Universal Banker II will be responsible for conducting client and bank transactions with accuracy, speed, efficiency, and professionalism standards. Responsible for consistently providing excellent client service and to cross-sell bank products and services and to generate referrals as appropriate. Employees in this position may be progressively cross-trained in new account processes as deemed appropriate by the Service Manager and in conjunction with the sales and service needs of the branch
