Job summary

CBS Bank seeks a Customer Ambassador to provide face-to-face service, accurately process routine transactions, and explain banking products. The role primarily handles teller tasks with secondary responsibilities in new accounts, ensuring proper cash handling and compliance with procedures.

The position requires high school completion and at least one year of teller or related experience, plus the ability to interact with customers professionally and courteously.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year of teller experience or relevant work experience including clerical, administrative, cash handling, or customer service experience required.
• Ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service through courteous and accurate handling of transactions.
• Balances cash drawer accurately and may operate a Teller Cash Recycler.
• Explains bank products and services and refers customers to specialists as needed.
• Opens and closes office following security procedures.
• Assists in new accounts and other teller-related duties as needed.
