Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent related work experience.
• Level is dependent on years of experience and size/complexity of prior positions held.
• 2+ years of experience in consumer sales, marketing and/or customer service. Demonstrated success in a retail environment with cash handling experience or 1+ years of teller experience.
• Working knowledge and skills proficiency in Customer Experience, Laws & Regulations, Technology Literacy, Communication, Accuracy & Efficiency, and Relationship Building.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as assigned. Must be able to stand for extensive periods of time. Must be able to provide own transportation and ability to commute and arrive at intended destination in a timely manner and/or as required. Must be able to push/lift 30 lbs.
• Relief staff must be able to work at different locations.

Responsibilities

• Manages overall branch client experience and proactively engages clients to demonstrate 21st century banking advancements and technology.
• Identifies customer needs, cross-sales, opens new accounts, calls on prospects and performs teleconsulting.
• Processes a wide range of financial transactions and balances own cash, including ATM, vault, cash recycler and armored car duties; trains new employees.
• Drives new high-value client relationships and maintains sales activity, referrals, and promotions of Bank products and services.
• Keeps informed on bank policies, regulations, and new products and promotions.
