Qualifications

• Cash handling required.
• 1-2 years' work experience in a banking environment, preferably as a personal banker or universal banker.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller functions with accuracy and courtesy to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Build relationships with existing clients and welcome new customers with professionalism.
• Open consumer deposit accounts and tailor product/service solutions to client needs.
• Process client transactions with integrity, accuracy and knowledge.
• Open, maintain, and close consumer accounts and services; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality, personalized service for accounts, cards, and online banking issues.
• Recognize potential fraud and comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
