Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of related experience preferred.
• Moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills.
• Proficient analytical and mathematics skills.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal relation skills.
• Proficient eye-hand coordination.
• Ability to operate various office machines.
• Ability to lift approximately fifty (50) lbs. of coin.
• Visual and auditory skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Maintains knowledge of current bank products and services.
• Meets or exceeds established referral and sales goals for both business and consumer clients.
• Handles customer concerns on statement reconciliation and other routine questions.
• Accurately processes transactions, including various types of deposits, payments, transfers, etc.
• Balances cash drawer daily and prepares daily settlement and proof of cash transactions.
