You will use a consultative approach to meet customers’ financial goals, cross-sell bank services, and provide training and operational support to the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience opening new accounts required.
• Three years banking experience preferred.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Strong communication and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain bank deposit products.
• Cross-market bank products and refer to Mortgage, Commercial, Wealth Management as appropriate.
• Enhance existing customer relationships with product solutions.
• Assist in processing installment loans with accurate customer data.
• Provide operational support to Branch Manager and train staff.
• Promote digital and electronic products to customers.
• Identify prospective customers through referrals and outreach.
• Train branch staff on transactions, new accounts, and product knowledge.
• Travel to other locations for training as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
