Job description

Job Description: Float Universal Bankers

Float Universal Bankers will be required to travel to multiple branches as assigned by the Area Leader and/or Branch Leader. They will provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions, maintain accurate records, and handle all monies assigned. The role involves delivering superior service, understanding clients' financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing a distinctive client experience, conducting transactions, and uncovering client needs.
  2. Educating clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
  3. Supporting team efforts through client servicing calls, presenting offers, and referring clients to specialists.
  4. Participating in leadership routines and training to improve service quality.
  5. Adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and policies.
  6. Serving as a point of contact for account maintenance and problem resolution.
  7. Supporting multiple branches within the designated coverage area, with schedules provided in advance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in teller, cash handling, or client service skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to use office equipment and perform basic math.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and work under guidelines.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and extended hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to identify referral opportunities.
  • Knowledge of complex branch transactions.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of bank operations and policies.
