Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understand their goals, and recommend personalized banking solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service while resolving customer questions, concerns, and complex service needs.
• Educate customers on products, services, and digital capabilities that make banking easier and more convenient.
• Create a welcoming branch experience that strengthens customer relationships and supports branch growth.
• Proactively build relationships with customers to identify needs, recommend solutions, and generate sales and referral opportunities.
• Support branch growth by acquiring customers through prospecting efforts while maintaining and deepening existing relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions across deposits, lending, investments, business banking, and other financial services.
• Partner with internal lines of business, including Mortgage, Investments, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Merchant Services, and Treasury Management, to connect customers with the right solutions.
• Support branch sales goals by achieving individual referral and production objectives.
• Perform teller transactions, cash handling activities, and daily balancing responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Open new accounts and process customer requests while following established procedures.
• Provide support for day‑to‑day branch operations and complete assigned operational duties.
• Demonstrate proficiency with digital banking tools and educate customers on available technology.
• Manage risk by adhering to all policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, including Atlantic Union Bankshares’ BSA/AML policies and procedures.
• Complete all required training and maintain knowledge of products, services, and operational expectations.
