Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs; weekends/extended hours may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and various transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance knowledge through training and meetings on products and services.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution; handle assigned work.
