Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves customers quickly, accurately, efficiently, and confidentially according to the South State Bank Service Standards.
• Knows and understand the products and services offered by the Bank; can explain features, benefits, rules and pricing.
• Identify customer needs and expectations by listening for clues; refer opportunities to expand relationships.
• Present a neat and professional appearance in accordance with bank policy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations including Regulation CC and Bank Secrecy Act.
• Develop understanding of customer-facing technology and enroll customers in self-service options.
