Centris Federal Credit Union in Omaha, NE is seeking a Branch Services Representative (Universal Banker) at the 114th & Dodge location. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:45am-5:35pm with rotating Saturdays 8:45am-1:15pm, and starting pay rate of $18.76-$20.00 per hour.

This role emphasizes building relationships, helping members open accounts and loans, and handling transactions with accuracy while reflecting Centris values and standards.

Qualifications

• Associates or better.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or better.
• 1 year: Experience working in a Financial Institution
• 1 year: Experience in Cash Handling

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members and be a trusted financial partner.
• Identify and meet member needs with precision by providing assistance in opening accounts and loans.
• Perform transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure member satisfaction.
