Job summary

Liberty Bank and Trust is hiring a Universal Banker Associate in Baton Rouge to deliver first-line customer service and perform essential bank transactions. This full-time role requires cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and promoting bank products during customer interactions.

You will greet customers in person, by phone, and at the drive-thru, and may open new deposit accounts. Travel to branches in the local market is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a personal banker/customer service representative-type role is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line customer service through face-to-face bank transactions.
• Promote bank products and services during customer interactions.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions and maintain accuracy.
