Job summary

C&N is seeking a full-time Universal Banker in Williamsport, PA to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with transactions, and support branch operations.

In this role you will greet customers, uncover financial needs, and promote C&N products while traveling to nearby branches as needed.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED and less than one year of related experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

• Technical skills relevant to banking operations and product knowledge

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service, greeting customers and creating a welcoming environment

• Accurately process transactions, open new accounts, and handle branch duties promptly
• Promote C&N products and services by identifying cross-sell and referral opportunities
• Provide support and coverage for other branches as needed, including regional travel

You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a high level of customer service, greeting customers and facilitating a welcoming and customer‑focused environment.
• Actively engaging in meaningful conversation with customers in order to seek a thorough understanding of their complete financial needs.
• Accurately processing transactions, new account openings, and other branch related tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Promoting C&N products and services by identifying cross‑sell and referral opportunities to meet customers’ needs.
• Providing support and coverage for other branch locations as needed, which may require travel within the region.

Requirements:

You will need a high school diploma or GED and less than 1 year of previously related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

You will demonstrate well‑developed abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas:
