In this role, you’ll provide personalized service by processing transactions, opening accounts, educating customers on C&N’s products and digital banking solutions, and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs. You will be responsible for:

• Customer Relationships & Service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by building relationships, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Branch Operations: Process a variety of teller and account transactions accurately while supporting the daily operational needs of the branch.
• Account Opening & Customer Education: Assist customers with opening consumer and business deposit accounts, enrolling in digital banking services, and utilizing C&N's technology solutions.
• Sales & Referrals: Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate C&N products and services, and refer customers to specialized banking partners when appropriate.
