Job Summary:

The Universal Banker is a versatile and cross-trained professional responsible for providing a wide range of banking services to customers. This position involves potentially handling teller, account service, and limited consumer lending responsibilities creating a seamless and efficient banking experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the bank's products and services, effectively cross-selling to meet customer needs.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and excellent service.
  
  
  

Teller Services:

• Cash Handling: Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Currency Management: Maintain accurate cash levels, order currency, and perform regular cash counts.
• Transaction Verification: Ensure the accuracy of transactions and adherence to banking policies and procedures.
  
  
  

Product Sales:

• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to meet customers’ financial needs.

Account Management:

• Account Opening/Closing: Assist customers with opening and closing accounts, providing guidance on various account options.

Digital Banking Support:
