The Universal Banker serves as a single point of contact for customers, identifying customer needs, building customer relationships, and fulfilling sales, service, and referral needs. Responsibilities include handling transactions, promoting banking products, maintaining security, opening and closing accounts, and supporting branch operations. This role requires strong customer service, product knowledge, and referral skills, working closely with retail, operations, and lending staff.

Qualifications

• Associated degree preferred but not required
• Exposure to banking industry preferred but not required
• Strong mathematical, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adapt
• Proficiency with banking software and office applications, willingness to learn new technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills
