BayCoast Bank – Dartmouth Street Branch in South Dartmouth, MA is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver high-quality service and build lasting customer relationships. This role blends customer service with transactional banking tasks, supporting both new and existing customers with their financial needs.

Under the Branch Manager, you will provide personalized financial solutions, process transactions, open accounts, and identify opportunities to help customers reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 months of customer service experience.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration.
• Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on banking products.

The Universal Banker is the face of BayCoast Bank, responsible for delivering high-quality service and building long-lasting customer relationships. This role combines customer service and transactional banking functions, supporting both new and existing customers with their financial needs.

Working under the direction of the Branch Manager, you’ll provide personalized financial solutions, process transactions, open accounts, and identify opportunities to help customers achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
