Position Summary

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with customers, recommending products and services that meet their needs, and are driven by results and sales. The role involves working as both a Teller and a Personal Banker.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and creating a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
• Building and maintaining relationships to identify suitable financial products and services.
• Processing transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Opening accounts and assisting with loan applications.
• Performing sales reporting regularly.
• Maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• At least one year of successful sales experience in an incentive-driven or relational environment.
• Minimum six months of cash handling experience in retail.
• Ability to generate referrals and visit local businesses.
• Effective teamwork and customer interaction skills.
• Strong work ethic and high integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Friendly, outgoing, confident, assertive, and enthusiastic personality.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.

Preferred Skills

Successful sales record in retail banking and knowledge of bank products and services.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand or sit for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift/carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday, Saturdays as scheduled.
